SB-216 is more effective than Veru-111 at inhibiting growth of PDCL 110 cells (B) and Panc-1 cells (C). Cells were seeded (6000 cells/well) and treatment was administered after 24 hours. Plates were analyzed overtime with phase contrast images of confluency (Value means ± SEM, n = 8), Asterisks represent a significant reduction in cell growth (**p < 0.01, ****p < 0.0001). The Incucyte Live-Cell Imaging Analysis System was utilized.
